Foundry

Casting is a type of metal/alloy forming that utilizes melting, then pouring molten metal/alloy into a chamber called a mold, and then cooling and freezing it according to the shape of the chamber.
This is the oldest process for obtaining the desired shape of metals. The first casting furnaces were used to be made of clay, and layers of copper and wood were laid inside of it alternately.
